Information you provide
When you inquire, we collect your first and last name, email address, and any optional phone number, lot selection, and message you provide. Please do not include sensitive personal or financial information.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss homesites or building plans, and send an acknowledgment. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to handle your inquiry or operate the website.
Website and inquiry services
Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions, including spam filtering. Hosting and email delivery providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, and delivery logs. Information may be processed or stored outside Canada, where different laws may apply. We do not sell inquiry information.
Retention
Our intended retention period for copies in the website form service is 12 months. We manage deletion from that service separately from email correspondence. Email copies may be retained as needed to respond to you, maintain a business relationship, or meet applicable obligations. Contact us with a deletion request.
Maps and analytics
This site does not use visitor analytics or advertising pixels. The embedded Google Maps location map loads when you visit the page and may send technical information to Google, which handles it under its privacy policy. Directions links also open Google Maps.
Your questions and choices
You may ask about, request access to, or request correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing Sydney at the address above. We may need to verify your identity and explain any information we must retain. You can also contact us by phone or email instead of using the form.
